How to Place an Order
- Placing an Order Online
Process of Ordering Online
Member registration (registration and annual membership are free) is required to use our services.
(1) You can search products by keyword (product name and brand name), products on sale, product category, brand name, your concerns or the benefits of products.
(2) Once you have selected the products you wish to purchase, add the products to the shopping cart by clicking “Add to Cart”.
(3) After all the ordered products have been added to the cart, click “Proceed to Checkout” after checking the contents.
(4) When the login screen appears, please enter your login ID (registered email address) and password and click “Login”. If you are not a registered member, please register for a membership by clicking “New Member Registration”.

(5) Please enter the required information for delivery and click “Next”.
(6) The order confirmation screen will be displayed, please click “Confirm Your Order” after checking the content. If you wish to make changes to your order, please click “Change” for each item. Clicking “Next” after making changes, then please check your order once again.
(7) This screen will be displayed when the order is completed. An order confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address.
Order Completion Email
When the order is completed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address. If you do not receive the email within 24 hours of placement of the order, please check if the registered email address is valid by visiting “Change Login ID (email address)”.

In case you do not receive emails from us even though the registered email address is valid, they may have been filtered as spam. The probability for this is especially high for customers using a free email address (Yahoo! Mail, Gmail etc.) or a mobile phone email address. We recommend that you change your settings, such as by adjusting your domain reception settings to allow emails from “bettysbeauty.co.jp”.

You can check your past orders anytime by checking “Order History” on My Page.

Separate Delivery
Even if they were part of the same order, we may deliver products separately due to packaging reasons. Thank you for your understanding. Please note that there will be no change in delivery fees etc. even though the order details will be packed in each package.
Confirmation of Your Order
You can check your past orders by checking “Order History” after logging in to My Page. Please feel free to make use of this service.

Out of Stock Products and Sold Out Products
Out of Stock Products and Sold Out Products
Products that are temporarily out of stock will be shown as “Out of Stock”. If you request a “Restocking Notification” for out of stock products, you can receive a notification email when they are restocked. You can confirm the products for which to receive restocking notification from the Back Order List on My Page.

Personal Imports
Personal Imports
Personal imports refer to online overseas retailing. You can purchase overseas cosmetic products which are not yet sold in Japan
by simply selecting products and placing an order on the website, just like other regular domestic shopping websites. There is no need to go through procedures in English.
Payment methods are exactly the same as regular online shopping. Our Japanese staff will respond to all your inquiries
so you can enjoy shopping with peace of mind.
There are some items handled by us are for individual imports. Customers can buy for personal use only, transfer or resale to others is prohibited. Therefor, we set the maximum quantity for those items.
With regard to the applicable items, in the case of order quantity or frequency that may exceed personal use, our company or customers will inquire the purpose of use.
